RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS

 

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

REPLACEMENT

In the event an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement will be shipped upon return of the damaged item(s). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All claims of damage(s) must be received within 7 days of receipt. Due to the nature of the item(s) sold all shipments must include insurance prior to shipping and be shipped with certified mailing to ensure receipt by purchaser. Insurance should cover the cost of return shipping through the carrier as well as any replacement costs to re-create an original piece. The length of time to receive a replaced items is dependent upon the length of time a returned damaged item is received and recreated; not exceeding 30 days from package insurance funds being issued for damaged items. If you receive a damaged art piece, please contact me immediately to approve a return and start the process of return and replacement.
